    How do I check if I qualify for a home energy grant?

    Tell us the property type, the current heating system, the EPC rating and who owns the property. We check that against the schemes open at the time and give you a straight answer, usually the same day. There is no charge for the check and no obligation to proceed.

    Do I have to pay anything towards the work?

    In most cases yes. A grant reduces the cost rather than covering all of it, and the contribution depends on the scheme and the measure. Your written quote always shows the full price, the funding applied and the balance you pay, before you commit to anything.
